The book "Soul Surfer" is a Non-Fiction book. It is a true Story of Bethany Hamilton. Sheryl Berk and Rick Bundschuh are Bethany's Coauthors as she wrote this book. It contains 17 chapters including the foreword part and endnote of the book. This is a story of a girl who is a surfer that had been attack by the shark that causes her to lost her left arm. Despite her condition, she did not lost her faith and her triumphant return to competitive surfing. Bethany Hamilton is a 13 year-old teenager. She lives in Kauai, Hawii with her parents Tom and Cheri, and her two brothers, Noah and Timmy. They are all surfers. She was raised in a surfing Family, and learned to handle waves at an early age. In the age of 8, she began competing and earned a sponsorship at the age of 9. She has a bestfriend, and they have grown up with a passion for surfing and entering a competition.
