Social Isolation

Are you alone? Distanced from humanity? Feeling disconnected from society? If you answered yes to any of those rhetorical questions, that you shouldn't have answered, the feeling that you’re feeling is probably social isolation, which is not a good thing by any means. Social isolation is kind of like bullying, you just can't stop it. As long as there are people in the world, there will be social isolation. Social isolation is impossible to end in the real world because such a big problem, it not only affects mental health, but physical health as well, and it also makes people less efficient at work/school but my tiny planet will hopefully be able to live with minimal social isolation.

Not having strong social connections can affect one’s mental health, that much seems pretty obvious, but do you know how serious it can be? Unless you have been in this position before or you just randomly research this stuff, you probably wouldn't know the worst of it, when he/she feels too much solitude, they might develop feelings of loneliness, helplessness, social anxiety, and depression. On top of social anxiety, depression, getting sick for longer, higher chances of cancer, and the chance of premature death, social anxiety reduces efficiency while working which may result in loss of job, or in the case of a student the result would be lower grades. People who are affected by social isolation are often unsatisfied with life in general, warping their mind, also cause irrational fear of other humans and/or human contact. I assume that tiny planets are fairly small so on my tiny planet I would host big gatherings for holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, as a whole community. I believe that this would boost morale and create opportunities for people to break out of their shells and rejoin
