In high school, I achieved an abundance of short term goals such as getting into National Honor Society, and getting my first job, and being accepted to the college of my choice. With each of these goals came a valuable lesson that I have learned. The most important lesson I have learned with each accomplishment is; just because I made it this far, does not mean my journey is over yet. With this in mind, I am going to further my education beyond high school at Hampton University with a new set of short and long terms goals to reach for. These goals include being accepted into Hampton’s School of Pharmacy, graduating with my PharmD degree, and eventually working for a successful pharmaceutical company. Between the stressful schedules and pricey cost to attend to the difference between getting a job and not getting it was a high school diploma or a college degree. I am interested in furthering my education through college and eventually graduate school, because I believe and know that my degree will give me the best possible chance to be successful in whatever I choose to do after I graduate. I’m confident that I will not only be able to put in an excess amount of time and effort, but be able to surpass the goals I am setting for myself.
