Ellie thought it was a joke and said Ella come on stop playing; Ella said I'm not and closed the door on her face. Ella was sad so she ran up to her room. While Ella was up in her room Ella's real sister walked in the house with a piece of paper their Step mother said what do you have in your hands? Ella's sister said nothing and her stepmother grabbed the invitation that I sent to Ella inviting her to my ball. After Ella's step mother read the invitation she called oh Ella go pick up some flowers for your sisters and my bouquet of flowers.
Scarletta lifted her head and knocked a box off the shelf, which spilled pictures of all the kids she had met. Mrs. Evered glared at Scarletta. She pulled a long bread knife out of her purse and put Scarletta in check. “You filthy insolent girl,” she raged. “Wake up!” Scarletta screamed, a perfect F-sharp above middle C. With a snap of her eyes, Scarletta realized she had napped on her french binder and the bell had rung “C’mon, Scarletta, you’re going to be late for class,” urged Mrs. Evered.
Cynthia Pond tucked her brown hair behind her ears as she texted her friend Victoria. Her phone was hidden beneath the top of her desk. She wasn’t supposed to have her phone out, seeing as she was at school, and taking a test at that, but she hadn’t studied. She never studied, because Victoria always knew the answers. All she had to do was send a quick test and bam, instant A+.
Charmaine grabs her bag, sandwich,Snickers bar and bottle of Evian, then she checks her long, silky hair in the mirror before she leaves. As Charmaine arrives at school she sees her friend Maxine starting to approach her,Maxine looks kinda upset and Charm wasnt really in the mood to make her best friend feel as happy as usual. Also Charm had bad news to tell her friend about the party. ''Hey Max, are you alright?'' As I approach the stairs, I run up, jump the three steps, burst through the door into the empty corridors, still wondering what everyone will say. I run in the direction of my new classroom approaching the last corner. I swing round the corner and ‘Crash’! As I sit up of the ground wondering whom I crashed into, trying to pick up all my belongings, I look at the other person and what I see is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I apologise as much as I can before running of to my new classroom embarrassed.
“Geez, wait up Leecy your too fast for me!” Delaney cried, she refused to run. She hated any form of cardio or physical activity. “Not waiting!” I said, giggling to myself as I rushed to the door that lead to the high school hallway. I opened the door and fled inside, Delany managed to catch up to me. Coach Elder was way ahead of us, heading towards the middle school.
The woman pulled a sheet from the thick stack in briefcase and pushed toward her parents with a pen. Both signed quickly and everyone turned to her. Stephanie closed her eyes and tried to picture herself at this school, away from home, in another country. She couldn’t see herself becoming one of those kids with the good grades and bright future likes the nerds at their school. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity, Steph thought to herself.
She hated how it was cluttered with antiques that did... ... middle of paper ... ...you were leaving early?” Mabel asked as she set her tray down next to her. Isobel closed her book, “I decided that I might as well stay. The last place I want to be right now is home anyways” “Well there is a new kid in our next period, so be excited. He is supposedly really cute” “Mrs. Daughtry changed my schedule”, Isobel sighed.
I was staring blankly at the clock as I always did at this time of the day. It was almost 2 o 'clock and school let out at 2:20 so I was ready to go home and take a nap. Of course, my English teacher Mrs. Bruss had to give us homework at the last minute as she babbled on and on I was wondering just how much longer could she go on about the instructions for our assignment. Luckily the PA system interrupted her and the a woman said, "Erykah Jackson to the College Center please!" It seems as if I ran out of that class, not even think about it twice, I packed my things because I knew I wouldn 't be making it back.
As I was looking for my first class I got lost and couldn’t find it so I stopped by a random teacher’s room and asked her to direct me. She looked mean and smelt like cigarettes. She got up and said with a deep voice “you’re in the junior hall, go to the other side of the school you will find the freshmen hall” I looked at her confused and walked away. I still struggled but I made it to my first class late and embarrassed. I did not know anybody in the school because I was new to the area so I had no friends.
