A school uniform is a cloth worn by school students, it common in primary and secondary school in various countries, especially in Thailand that has it from Kindergarten to University education. Nowadays, it has been a topic of argument for many schools whether it is the best or the worse to wear. Many say warning uniform gives them a sense of discipline, can conceal the bad side of the school. Yet, is it really seem to be that way? Perhaps, it is not all of it, there is some evidence show that wearing uniform has some disadvantages and this essay will argue that school uniform is not always the best.

One of the main points, why it is not the best clothing to wear, is that it is a waste of time. For many schools, there are many students that

In a result of that, in a case study, they found that student who wears uniforms are absent more often than non-uniform in Catholic school. Furthermore, also they discovered that the number of students who wears the uniform in private school had increased in absenteeism, behaviour and achievement by total 56.60 percent which is the highest among the whole tests. It is clear that uniforms are related to the behaviour, attendance and academic achievement. Hence, serious discipline and academic issue are unlikely to be solved by just wearing the uniform and follow uniform policy, they just cause more issue
Some people argue that wearing uniform help students from being distracted. When students wear the same clothing it much easier to bring the attention back to lesson whereas, for non-uniform students, it is difficult to get their attention form them when it comes to a discussion of who is the most fashionable in the class. However, this view overlooks wearing the uniform would stuffily the students from thinking more creative. If wearing the uniform with just limited colours on it can give students a sense of fashion, that is wrong it just hiding student themselves from the world and their real expression instead. Wearing non-uniform can help them think more creatively by matching their daily clothes.One said, “ Teenagers are trying to express or present themselves and clothing is one of the safest ways for them to do that.” (Lunn
