I dwell in the most arguably among people the greatest city in the World, New York. The city that never sleeps is often what it is called In New York, there are always plethora activities to do such as, Broadway Met, Opera house, movies, paint night, and many more. The city has a variety of people dwelling and visiting from tall, short, yellow, brown, blue, and green to name a few. Along, the busy streets and bright lighters there is another population that is not accounted for. The population of people who suffer from mental illness, like bipolar, schizophrenia, multiple personalities etc. Riding along the subway, it is easy to encounter people talk to themselves, dirty, foul odor, unkempt attire, and are easily aggressive. Joshua was later diagnosed with schizophrenia after a violent altercation with a police officer, because he was found walking on the streets of New York partial naked and aggressive. While incarnated he was diagnose with schizophrenia, at the age of twenty-give. Joshua occasionally adheres to his medications, because he refuses to accept his schizophrenic diagnoses as result he uses illegal drugs. The clinic will center around rural and inner-city neighborhoods. Many of the communities have economic barriers. By having health education, case management, and transportation will make a difference than a private office. In addition, the services will provide preventative care, mental health, and pharmacy service. By practicing preventive care, it reduces the need of unnecessary hospitalization.
