The book was a complete success in accomplishing the author’s goal of revealing Malcolm X as a man and not just as an observable factual character. This book appeals to people, all races and all genders. Malcolm X was courageous enough to express the rage, the fight, and the viewpoint of African Americans in the 1960s.
