I think Tybalt killed Romeo and Juliet because he seen Romeo at the capulet's party. Another treason is that he already had gotten into an argument with the montagues. The third reason is that he seen Romeo looking at Juliet. The last reason is that Tybalt had tried to fight Romeo but Romeo would not fight back.
The other person that I think killed Romeo and Juliet is Friar Lawrence. The first reason is that he gave Juliet a potion to make her fall asleep for 48 hours. Another reason is that he gave romeo a potion to kill himself with out tell him about Juliet. These are the people I think killed Romeo and Juliet.
Romeo senses tensions are high with Tybalt, so he states, “I do protest I never injured thee but love thee better than thou canst devise.” (Lines 65-66 Act Three, Scene One). Romeo is trying to diffuse the situation because he realizes that Tybalt is his love's cousin. Mercutio is surprised by Romeo’s behavior, so he decides to fight Tybalt himself. Mercutio’s decision to fight Tybalt leads to his own death. Romeo is angered by the death of Mercutio and states, “Now, Tybalt, take the “villain" back again/ That late thou gavest me; for Mercutio’s soul.” (Lines 123-124 of Act Three, Scene One). Romeo is indicating that Tybalt is the villain now, because he slayed Mercutio. Romeo forgets about his attempt to befriend the Capulets and slays Tybalt. Romeo, murderer of Tybalt, solely focuses on Juliet and states “Ha, banishment? Be merciful, say “death"/For exile hath more terror in his look.” (Lines 12-13 of Act Three, Scene Three). Romeo does not care about Tybalt’s life, but only cares for the way it affects his relationship with Juliet. Romeo’s mother dies out of grief because of his banishment. Another reason Juliet is to blame for their death is shown when she says “O, think’st thou we shall ever meet again?”, after Romeo’s banishment showing that she just let him go instead of being with him even after foreshadowing her and his death. It can be argued that Benvolio may have influenced the deaths. In Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo commands Benvolio saying “Draw, Benvolio, beat down their weapons,” yet Benvolio fails to join in which leads to the death of Mercutio, Romeo killing Tybalt, and eventually, the death of Romeo and Juliet. It may also be argued that it was Friar John’s fault that they died. In Act 5, Scene 2, Friar John says “I could not send it,” talking about the letter informing Romeo about the plan to fake Juliet’s death, which led Romeo to think she was dead and kill himself and her waking up and killing herself.
The hot-blooded and furious Tybalt had a grudge against Romeo, which inevitably led to a series of misfortunes, and in the end, the two protagonists died. He had held that grudge, since the day he confronted Romeo at the Capulet’s party, where Tybalt was dishonoured in front of a whole debauchery.
One of the people I think is responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death is Mercutio. Mercutio had evoked a fight with his enemy Tybalt.During the fight, Mercutio was killed by Tybalt and Mercutio put a curse on both of their families.

While Romeo and Juliet are destined to be apart, Friar Lawrence, Romeo, and the Prince are the most responsible for the deaths.

Romeo and Juliet both died in odd ways. Romeo had poisoned himself because he assumed that Juliet was dead. He did not receive the letter from Friar Laurence that stated he made a potion for Juliet that would put her to sleep for a few hours. When Juliet wakes up, she sees Romeo on the floor with the bottle of poison. She then finds a dagger and stabs herself on behalf of her love for Romeo. This was a tragic love story which many people were responsible for their deaths.
One opposing view to Romeo’s and Juliet’s death is that Friar Lawrence is responsible. “Take thou vial, being then in bed, And this distilled liquor drink thou off.... Shall Romeo by my letters know our drift; Will watch thy waking” (Shakespeare 453-454). Friar Lawrence marries Romeo and Juliet in secret thinking the marriage could bring the two families together. When Romeo is exiled, Juliet goes to the Friar, and out of desperation, he forms a plan that has little chance of working out. “Here’s to my love! [Drinks.] O true apothecary! Thy drugs are quick. Thus with a kiss I die… O happy dagger! This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die” (Shakespeare 473-475). Romeo and Juliet are the ones who killed themselves and made the decision to not live without each other. Friar Lawrence is not there to stop either of them or talk them out of killing themselves. Tybalt caused this death by getting mad and taking revenge on Romeo. When he took revenge on Romeo, it meant he also, displayed immaturity to his faithful cousin, Juliet. Tybalt and Juliet grew up together. They had a close relationship. Tybalt took that away from them. The fact of the matter is, you shouldn’t be messing with love and happiness. This terrible decision killed Romeo himself, and once Juliet woke up, she was also quick to stab herself, causing her to quickly die. Lastly, Friar Lawrence did not properly think through his plan to give Juliet the potion which would mimic her death because the message to Romeo did not arrive, causing Romeo to kill himself. Romeo is angry and in need of revenge, which creates an intense fight between Tybalt and Romeo. Romeo wins this battle, killing Tybalt. He leaves in a hurry, only to discover that he would be banished from Verona. The death of Tybalt is absolutely devastating for Juliet. Her cousin was murdered by her husband.
Tybalt was a adversary of Romeo and had the drift to kill him. His spleen of the situation is Romeo trying to love his coz Juliet. He approached Romeo and Mercutio looking for a fight. Tybalt and Mercutio ended up fighting and Tybalt killed Mercutio, because Tybalt did this, he deserved the death penalty for his transgression. Romeo then took revenge and killed him (3.1.70). This is a legal issue because Tybalt was going to be treated to the death penalty anyway so Romeo killing him was just like giving him the death penalty. This death is a lot different than the others because his was a legal issue and he deserved to die, the other deaths in the play like Romeo, Juliet and Mercutio decided to die for a family member that they love.
