We have come a long way as a society; we have grown, developed, and matured into the society we are today. We look for different ways to change the world, make it a better place to live in, a place where we are all equal, a place where we could bring children into and know they will have the same opportunities as others, regardless of their appearance. We wouldn’t want them to be judged and turned away with just a glance of their skin. Racism is like fire we could have many small fires, but the moment they all come together that fire becomes beyond our control, much like what’s is going on in current events. What they miss to see is that this didn’t once end and it didn’t just began, it is command for those that don’t fit in due to their appearance. We tend to forget that we are all the same and nothing makes a person superior then others; to the extent of making someone feel less of themselves. Racism isn’t a fight that one person can fight alone, we must join together to make a difference, a difference that will affect generations long after we are gone. We could be the generation to take the first step into the future, a future where there is no racism. Mr. Donald Trump wants to “Make America Great Again” and has a different way of believing he will do so, but I say let’s make the world a better place; where there isn’t barriers taring us apart or politicians promoting racism acts. We have come a long way from where we were, why start regressing to the past when we can move forward into something better. New beginnings can be scary, but together as a society we can overcome it all, and see the light at the end of the tunnel after many years of unfairness, fights, and hate we can spark up the fire that will end racism, the choice is yours make the right
