The problems with technology is the countless hours we give in to our electronics.
According to Edelmandigital in 2010, studies show that over 43% of online Americans are addicted to social networking.
In addition, from the article Atelier in 2009, it is estimated that the average American spends 8 ½ hours a day staring into screens. For example, Americans spends 142.5 minutes daily moreover, it is toppled by T.V’s with a whopping 353.1 minutes just staring at a screen.
Additionally from the same article Atelier in 2009, commented that the biggest computer usage are those between 35 and 44, who spends a half-hour more than any other group in front of the computer, 199.3 minutes.
The other problem with technology addiction is the side effects of depending our electronics constantly.

Socialize with people near you instead of being digested onto a screen.
Engage in face-to-face conversation B. Being active in life instead of looking at a screen.
Pick outdoor activities over technologies in order to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Participate in sports or clubs so you wouldn’t have the urge of checking your phone n a daily bases.
Learn something new while you 're at it because doing the same thing over and over again is to repetitive and exploring new techniques will help you forget about your phone. C. Having a better life after disconnecting with technology.
We will have a strong and healthy body by giving it’s rightful nutrients from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We’ll having a better sleeping habit if we just turn off our phone and have the required 8 hours of sleep to carry on throughout the day.
Lastly, the other solution in minimizing our technology usage is, we’ll be able to finish the task at hand.
