IQ Tests Are Only Predictors
Although it is considered that IQ tests are best predictors of success, but there are many other factors such as access to an extensive network, personality and sheer luck. For instance, if you are best at dealing with people, in most situations (like work and games) you will perform better than someone, who may have achieved better IQ test scores.
Some even assume that too high IQ, can work against you. People with very high IQ test scores often see others as slow and at times may come to feel misunderstood.
