A well-known fact, around the world, the United States of America loves their guns. In fact the US is the largest private gun ownership in the world. But Understanding firearm ownership in America isn't as basic as knowing who does and does not claim to have a weapon. Three-in-ten American adults say they presently possess a firearm, and another 11% say they don't personally claim a weapon, however, live with somebody who does. Among the individuals who don't as of now claim a weapon, about half say they could see themselves owning one later on. So, you can see by the numbers that when it comes to firearms you get more American than that. But what I want to know is why? Why do we obsess over guns?
