"There is a lot that happens around the world we cannot control. We cannot stop earthquakes, we cannot prevent droughts, and we cannot prevent all conflict, but when we know where the hungry, the homeless and the sick exist, then we can help" Jan Schakowsky. I am going to talk about homelessness experiences, why they dropout school and how they been abused can cause mental problems. Thee government should help homeless people by giving them jobs. Today we have more homelessness people then before. homeless does not mean not having a house it could be a condition that affect your Heath or a place that is at risk of violence abuse. According to the article the mental and physical health of homeless youth the main reason why homeless leave their home is because they are been abused by their peers or parents or a bad family relationship. " Abuse, family breakdown and distributed family relationship are common contributing factor to youth homelessness" (Eddin 32). The reason why youth homeless leave home is due to a bad relationship with their family, they don't get along or they alway fights. Also being abuse by their peers cause many youth to leave home in order to avoid it. This effects the mental and physical health of homelessness. For example high rates of trauma and abuse prior and because of it this leads to a family breakdown and economics problems.
