A concussion is when a person encounters a head impact and the brain bangs all around in the head. Concussions are a major health issue, athletes of all ages have to face a risk of getting one. In order to decrease injuries more safety precautions should take place. There are quotes from different articles that support my claim that concussion need to have more safety precautions.

Wearing headgear, padding, and mouth and eye guards can help safeguard against traumatic head injuries. Wearing a bike helmet can lower the risk of traumatic head injury by 85%.
