I have personally struggled with a roller-coaster of depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, & a battle between insomnia & oversleep for as long as I can remember. While I had the ability to receive professional help, I chose not to speak up about my all of my problems until last December and sought proper treatment. While my mom knew I had some issues like the ADD & ADHD which runs in the family, I fought the more hidden issues in my own mind for years. I know what it is to self-destruct.
