If I had the ability to go anywhere I wanted right now, I would head to Chicago to go to the library at the University of Chicago. When I arrive in the city, I’ll go to the nearest coffee shop, get something dark with robust flavor, then I’ll walk to the library itself. Upon entering the establishment, the deafening sound of silence, occasionally interrupted by the turning of pages, will greet my ears. I’ll look around at the rows upon rows of books and deeply inhale the scent of old pages. Finally, I’ll find a couple of books I’m interested in, a comfortable spot, and read for hours.
