First – two girls (Katherine and Angela) - How did you guys meet? Last year we went to an HSC chemistry lecture in the city. It was a chemistry workshop and I sat next to her because there was a spare spot and it turned out that I went to school in Epping and she was in Epping. We discovered we had many mutual friends, were enrolled in all the same degree and were even from the same part of China! It was crazy finding out how much we had in common and bumping into each other in unexpected places around university. Second – guy and girl - What do you want to do before you die? Once I was laughing so hard with my friends on the ABS staircase that I fell down some stairs. What were you laughing about? A meme. Fifth – Girl - What is one moment in your life that impacted who you are today? When I was standing on this mountain in Switzerland above the clouds without a single person in sight. Just me and the clouds. I think it made me a lot calmer, it gives you a lot of perspective. You’re always in here studying and you go out there and you see the blue skies, no people, just the world. It’s just so natural and regal. Sixth – Café worker - What is your most treasured memory? Backpacking in Iceland two years ago by myself for six months. I visited all of Europe, including many mountains, which required long bus trips. Was travelling dangerous? Sometimes I felt unsafe, but once you learn to trust your instincts all your fears dissipate. How did you feel whilst travelling solo? Liberated and open-minded. Europe is so culturally diverse, it gives you a different perspective. Why did you go? I just winged it! I’m from Perth and spending 22 years in my home town made me want to get out and explore.
