I think in some point in everybody’s life there is somebody or something which they utterly love but we have experienced something wrong about loving it. Something that came into place that made that love not a perfect love. It can be between people or between objects, but there is just something that makes that relationship not perfect. The main central theme that I took away from reading Romeo and Juliet was Just because the situations isn’t perfect it doesn’t mean it isn’t love, and it doesn’t mean that you can’t love. Again and again it is shown in Romeo and Juliet that there is such an intense love, but it isn’t a perfect situation. This isn’t just between the relationships of the two star crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet, but also between Juliet and her father, and many other times this theme is intertwined into the relationship.

Not knowing who they actually were to each other, Romeo and Juliet fell in love at a masquerade ball in which they both attended. They kissed and instantly fell in love with each other, but as the audience we know that they are the children of two families who loathe each other. She still loves him as a dad, but his words to her about marrying County Paris really hurt her. He thinks that she does not have any appreciation for her father setting her up and trying to make her happy. She states on how she is grateful for him making an effort as he did, but she does not want to be with Paris. At this point Montague is furious and says that either she will marry paris or that he will disown her as his child. This shows how as a father and daughter they still love each other very much, but there are a lot of struggles that come up with decisions being made causing them to argue and share hateful words to each
