Pastry Chef who I admire

After interviewing the chef I could say that my interest in Pastry Arts is genuine and I will make whatever sacrifice it takes to graduate and achieve my goals for this dream and challenge that is not too far from becoming my career. This will help me as a young adult to contribute supporting my husband and family in having a better future with a little help in our economic needs. Also, one day I will be able to see my other dream come true which is having my own bakery and help other people using all the skills and tactics I’m learning at YTI. Then, I will be able to say with confidence that I’m the proudest Pastry Arts Chef in the world. his work as a Pastry Chef (Ramos, 2014).
He just got approved 93% of a loan to open his own restaurant (Ramos, Facebook, 2014). his specialties in pastry is a dessert called “Tierrita”. Why? Well, because he makes this dessert since he was a kid, and it always reminds him of his family and how important they are to him (Ramos, 2014).
Actually, his biggest inspiration in his career is “Buddy Valastro”, well known by his television program “Cake Boss”. “I think he is such a wonderful pastry chef and he has so much to give to every student that is pursuing a career in pastry arts because he loves what he does and also, he’s always very creative. So that’s why he is my biggest inspiration (Ramos, 2014).” His greatest career success, as of today, was being able to set up a candy bar for a wedding in Puerto Rico. The candy bar was all made by him. It had cupcakes, macaroons, cookies, meringues, and all kinds of pastries, and of course, the wedding cake. “It was such a wonderful experience and satisfaction being able to make that couple happy” (Ramos, 2014).
