How do you choose the healthiest food? What does each food contain? Each food contains different healthy benefits. There are daily values that you should consider when eating so you do not consume too much of a substance throughout the day. Some foods are better for your body, and all foods have different ranges of healthiness.
Apple V. S. Mango The two foods, apples and mangos have different nutrition facts. When we compare the two, apples and mangos both have no fat, cholesterol, sodium, calcium, and iron. There is 80 calories in one serving of apples and 70 calories in one serving of mango. Apples can be the better choice when your diet needs to have more carbohydrates, the apple has 21g of carbohydrates which is 3 more grams than the mango. However, if your body needs more vitamin A and C mangos have 80% more vitamin A and 45% more vitamin C. The nutrition facts are calculated depending on the serving size, if you eat what it suggests ½ a mango or 1 apple than your body receives the facts stated. If you eat 1 mango and 2 apples you would need to double the facts by yourself.

The less fatty food is usually what you would chose to eat but both foods have different benefits, did you consider that the potato chip has 170 mg of sodium compared to the 420 mg of sodium in a pretzel. Both foods have no cholesterol, no vitamins A and C, and both have a serving size of 1 oz. The potato chip has 15% more vitamin C, but 4% less iron. In the pretzel there is 23g of carbohydrates and 15 g carbohydrates in the potato chip. In the potato chip there is 150 calories and out of that 90 are fat calories.
