To become an NFL scout, you need a higher level of education. To become an NFL scout, you need to have knowledge of the game. It’s important to have knowledge of the game because if you don’t have any knowledge of the game then NFL teams won’t want you to help there scout new talent. To become an NFL scout, you need a Bachelor’s degree (BLS.gov). This is important step to becoming an NFL scout because to get a Bachelor’s degree you need to go to college. This is important skills you need to have to become an NFL scout is speaking, judgement, and decision making, motivation, and being able to encourage people to reach their goals (bigfuture.collegeborad.org). These are important skills to have when you’re an NFL scout because you need to be able to motivate people to reach their goals, you also need to be able to make judgements on people and if they can or will excel after college. The extra things you do though out the day is that after u=you scout someone you need to do reports about them (NFLplayerengagement.com). It’s important that you do the reports because then you have data to give to NFL teams and you also could track a players’ progress. Some of the daily task of an NFL scout is to travel to cities and or towns to scout players and make judgements on a player (Sokanu.com). It’s important that you travel to go see talent because it will help teams that you’re working for get more talent on their team.
