I remember it, I remember it as if it were yesterday. It was my second time going, but this time I was not alone. From Florida, the flight to London was an 8 hour 35 minutes seat clenching ride for me and my mother. It was her first time going, so I knew she was ecstatic. Not only that, but because we did not have to spend any money! Everything was already paid for: the hotel, the food, the party fees, even the grand prix karting event. This was only possible because my mother had a way with making wealthy friends. Anyways, for me, England was the best place to be. I’ve always wanted to live there. My little dream thought of it as one of the most low-key isolated places for individuals who were an extraordinary type of modern. It was almost a perfect dream. It was the place where I would put all my troubles to rest and be free. It was the next California, but more tranquil. I had the window seat. It was our first time actually seeing him in person. As we stepped foot outside of the airport I was distracted by the amazing charcoal colored sky with slight patches of sunshine weaseling through the clouds. A swift odor of smoke then came to my nostrils. When I glanced around I saw that most people waiting for their rides were either smoking cigarettes, conversing, or drinking coffee. I loved it! It was appealing to me how nobody was hindered by anybody else 's personality. Not to mention, it was late June so the air was still a bit cool.
