In Watership down there are a lot of powerful rabbits. Some have intelligence some have strength, and some are weak and are not powerful in any way. The strongest, most intelligent, an most powerful rabbit is Thearah, chief rabbit of the Eferfran Owsla. Thearah is chief of the smartest warren. This gives him a lot of intelligence an ideas, that he doesn’t necessarily have to think of or create himself. Here we are now and now:" (pg. 345) The rabbits are smart an don’t need bigger stronger rabbits like woundwort. …show more content…
Eferfran Owsla may not be the strongest warren, but they are a strong warren. They are probably the second strongest warren. With their intelligence and strength, they are the most powerful warren. Even other warrens think that their strong:: "The Efrafan Owsla are no joke, believe me. They're all picked for size and strength and there's nothing they don't know about moving in wet and darkness." (pg. 240) With Thearah in charge of all of them, he is in charge of the most powerful warren which makes him most powerful. Thearah is a very wise rabbit, the smartest one in the book. He figured out how to run his warren to his advantage, all of the rabbits in the Owsla do. You can see that he can rig everything so that he benefits: " 'You can't call you life your own: and in return you have safety - if it's worth having at the price you pay.' 'As well as the Owsla, they have what they call a council, and each of the Council rabbits has something special he looks after...' 'The Chief is a rabbit named Woundwort: General Woundwort, they call him' (pg. 233). Here ha makes everything seem bad so that they will pay him for
It is satanic how little he cares about other people. He even goes so far as to killing innocent Hrossa and doesn’t think twice about what he had done. He has no respect for human life or rights and views himself above all others.
Even though the mouse wasn’t big enough to fight any battles with the rabbits, he became beneficial when he warned Hazel of Woundwort. Kehaar, a bird, was the other animal that the rabbits became allies with. He helped lead Hazel to the warren of Efrafa. Without Kehaar, the rabbits would have never found Efrafa and the dove that helped their small warren grow. Touissant Charbonneau and Sacagawea both assisted Lewis by being guides, just like Kehaar.

Additionally, the idea of a power structure dominated by one very powerful woman is still very uncommon, however in modern times Rached would probably be a doctor with multiple residents helping her. The power structure in this book is very complicated, however the staff is in complete control just like the equivalent people in modern society.
Leadership and unity came hand and hand on the island of pig on a stick. One of the most important symbols in the book was the conch. The conch represented their civilization. Who knew one blow of a horn could could change everything, “the conch against his lips, took a deep breath and blew once more” (Golding 17). The boys listened to the sound of the conch and gathered. One by one they would file in and say their names, then came Jack.
When a leader says something, it is understandable that everyone believes what they say. One of the main characters in Animal Farm, Napoleon, makes himself and the rest of the pigs the leader of the animals. Boxer,

In the novel, "Speak", Melinda compared herself as a rabbit, when seeing Andy Evans (the anaogist) and thinks, " Maybe he won't notice me if I stand still. That's how rabbits survive; they freeze in the presence of predators.......... BunnyRabbit bolts, leaving fast tracks in the snow" (Speak, 97). This quote shows Melinda representing herself as a rabbit, because she fear Andy, and thinks of him as a predator. Equally to the novel, " Twisted", when Tyler compares his dad to a dragon and says, " Dad snapped the curtains shut. He stood in the middle of the lemon-yellow carpet, opened his jaws, and sprayed fire everywhere. I was a loser, a liar, a jerk, an idiot, a disgrace, and an embarrassment............ I tuned out again. He kept at it for another or so flapping his wings and tearing at the sky with his talons" (Twisted, 150). The author compares Tyler's father to a dragon to inform the reader his angry at Tyler's

The Rabbit-Proof Fence to some was a source of employment, others was a division to keep rabbits from continuing to reproduce but “For the three runaways, the fence was a symbol of love, home, and security” (109). These three runaways were half-caste children, meaning their mothers are Aborigines and their fathers are white. The Australian government believed they were doing the right thing by removing these half-caste children from the Aborigine community, and stripping them from their families. The half-caste were sent to schools that were at comparable levels to a prison, and the purpose behind this was to train and teach the children to either become a house servant typically for females. While the males on the other hand trained to be
The Tale of Peter Rabbit was a fictional story for children written by Beatrix Potter. The main character of the story was Peter Rabbit, who had three sisters by the names of Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail. The four bunnies lived with their mother, Mrs. Rabbit, underneath a huge tree in the woods. All the characters displayed the element of anthropomorphic because they are dressed in human clothing and display human characteristics such as walking straight up on their hind legs. The three sisters were wearing a pink to reddish cloak, Peter Rabbit a blue jacket with brown shoes, and the mother a blue chambermaid dress. While Peter Rabbit’s sisters were obedient little bunnies who gathered blackberries, Peter Rabbit was a naughty, disobedient and mischievous young rabbit who gave into temptation rather than to listen to direction.
