Long ago there were these two kids around 14 and 15, they were freshman in high school. They grew up with each other since they were babies, even in the same neighborhood, so they’ve alway been friends. Her name is Julia, and his name is Jaxon, they told each other everything and did so much with each other, so they’re like best friends. Their freshman year things changed for them, but they were still best friends. They got really close. Here's a bit of background information on Julia and Jaxon. They both grew up in laid back families. Julia’s mother died when Julia was just four from breast cancer. She lived with her father her whole life. Jaxson and Julia had their own little house together, while he was gone she had her friend Amanda stay with her so she wouldn’t be so lonely. Jaxson went back home for a couple of weeks and seen a difference in Julia, he noticed that she didn’t want to do as much and she looked really sick. Two day’s later, he woke up earlier than she did so he went out to get food, when he came back he seen blood all over the floor going into the bathroom. He called the ambulance, they arrived to the hospital and the doctors came back telling them that she had leukemia. Jaxson started to cry, he grabbed her hand and didn’t know what to say he just wanted to hold her in his arms. They also found out that Julia was 2 months pregnant, and there wasn’t a whole lot they could do about it. They were both shocked, they both smiled but they still cried because he was going to lose his love, and now his baby. The doctors asked Julia why she never got treatment done, Jaxson just looked at her with a straight face and said “what are you talking about?”. Julia looked at him and squeezed his hand, and said “I’m sorry I never told you but I was diagnosed when we were sophomores.” Jaxson cried more and more, he didn’t know what to do or what to say, he didn’t want her to
