Mark Cuban most people know him from the owner of the basketball team dallas mavericks. He was born in pittsburg in 1958 and was raised in a middle class family. When he was younger he would sell sets of garbage bags to make money to buy the pair of shoes he liked, he would do anything in school to make a dollar. He became the stamp and coin salesman of the school. His go getter attitude extended in the classroom as well.

Mark started taking psychology classes in his junior year in highschool. He then skipped his senior year of highschool to enroll in full time college. After his freshman year at pittsburg he transferred to indiana university. Mark was paying for his own tuition and needed to make money so he started to give dance lessons. He soon landed a job selling software, and soon formed his own consulting business, called “MicroSolutions”. He soon became an expert in the field of computers, and had a intrest in building a smart profitable company. In 1990 he sold the firm to “CompuServe” for $6 million. Cuban and his business partner started Audio.net in 1995, because they wanted to be able to listen to the basketball games through their computers.
