BREAKING NEWS: The Kingdom of Scotland has gone through several unfortunate events recently. Although we received this news in Paris only one day ago, due to the lengthy travel times in the 11th century, the event itself ended two and a half years ago. Join Medieval Times and listen to this story of tragedy and horror, or comedy depending on your humor, from start to finish; all the recent events that’s fit to write.
The event begins when the Scots executed the former Thane of Cawdor; it is believed that he betrayed his country for women at his local brothel and some booze. Like any noble king should, the king of Scotland,Duncan, set out to find a replacement for that poor man. I wonder if he had that expensive meat called pork. Before the party started; Macbeth's friend Banquo was brutally murdered. While he was on his way to the party, he was attacked by two men; If things couldn’t get worse, another man joined in on the bloody fun as well. As the Banquet began, strange events occurred. When asked to take a seat, Macbeth said “Here had we now our country’s honor roofed,/ were the graced person of our Banquo present…” (3,4,46-47) he believed that someone was in his seat,yet no one was there. Poor man, the death of his friends must had hit him harder than a Mchorse. Afterwards,he began to yell and scream like a madman, which ultimately ended the party short. There was a rumor going around that a man who goes by the name Macduff, took a voyage to England in order to stage a coup. Unfortunately for him, his family were killed in cold blood while he was gone and no one was able to help them.
