Macbeth Final Essay
The play, Macbeth, was written by William Shakespeare in 1606. The main character in the play was a coward who went by the name Macbeth. The name itself seems like it has a lot of power and bravery behind it, but unfortunately I believe the character had become a coward. Though Macbeth did have moments where he was brave, his actions/thoughts shined through his braveness.
The first step of Macbeth reaching a point of complete cowardness includes the way he murdered King Duncan. In scene 1 of Act 2, Macbeth states “I go, and it is done;the bell invites me.” This means that he had already killed King Duncan.
