Lifeguard: A Short Story

One day we went with the family to the pools, it was full. We had found a spot to stay at for the day while we were there. First, my sister Dani decided she wanted to go on the water slide, so my brother went along with her. Once they got to the top of the stairs to go down the slide, my brother went first. The lifeguard said one at a time. Once my brother got to the bottom the the slide the lifeguard told my sister to go down already.
Once she went down my brother was getting off, my brother didn't have time to get off while she went down my brother was still there getting off the slide. So, they crashed into each other. A lot of splash went everywhere. I think everyone else thought it was a normal splash, But no. My sister and brother

Once she uncovered her face, in my opinion I think she was going to faint once she uncovered her face. My cousin ran out the pool just to tell a lifeguard nearby for help. All lifeguards whistled their whistle for an emergency for everybody to get out the pool. Everybody was wondering what was happening even me. I was scared once i saw my sister wanting to faint. My sister was dripping blood from her eyebrow. Nobody knew what to do, and it was really bad. So, they decided to called the ambulance to come to take to her to the hospital immediately.They got here, they checked her out. They put her in the ambulance and then they checked my brother, he just needed to get stitches but they also took him to the hospital just to checked good. Before they took off, they’ve told my mom what hospital they were going to be at. When they left everyone face was surprised or mysterious, like what was going on? or what happened? We took off also. When we got to the hospital Methodist, we checked in to see if they were there, the lady at the front desk said there no name here like that. We told her what was happening

After all what happened everything came out good. On our way to Arsenal Tech High School, that's where it was going to be. We got there, we sat in our seats. Since my sister last name starts with an A , she had made a speech for that day. After the speech was over, the principal came to make another speech. After that they started getting their diplomas. Names after names came a “woot woot” … shouts after shouts. Everyone was cheering for their love ones that were graduating, everyone was so happy and enjoying that moment. After everything was over we left outside. My mom deeply shouted in spanish “por fin mi niña ya se graudio, si lo eso”. We all looked at her surprised, i looked at her more than everyone else “umm she dont be shouting like that usually she don't shout at all but today was the day” . After everything was over, we had left off to take her pictures. Next to a water fountain we stood there. I was the one next to her, she was in the middle out of my 2 other sisters. “ 1..2..3…CHEESE !! all i saw was a flash going to our face. Wow, it was so bright in the first picture we took i came out with my eyes closed. We left, and my sister decided to go out to eat with the family. We left to go out to
