No one really knows what is to come in the next few months before Trump takes office, he hasn’t made a statement yet about whether or not he would continue to push for the NDPL construction. But according to John Paul Brammer, “ Though he has said he would reinstate construction on the Keystone XL Pipeline.” Imagine if Trump plans to reinstate the keystone pipeline, that he wouldn't want to continue with the NDPL also. According to the Huffington post Donald Trump has stock ownership of the pipeline but “has nothing to do with his personal investments and everything to do with promoting policies that benefit all Americans,” (Michael Mclaughlin) We just hope that he will stop the NDPL.
