Introduction: The impact of France in the past on the European Culture is well noted. From the work of the Gothic Cathedral to the modern painters, the artwork of the French during this time is mostly of the Rococo style with beautiful colors with good line drawing. The western revolution agitated for classical design during this time. Which gives the neoclassists the believe that their art works should serve the political and moral purposes. The French arts contributed a lot to the Western part of the world with the style of art works that a spear headed by the leading painters during the period.

The Rococo style replaced other styles of art works during the 1700’s.The style was characterized with inspiring brightness color and curves still relevant in the world of art for so many times.
