This praying involves rolling out a prayer rug, bowing down to Mecca, and offering Allah praise and pledges. Then on Fridays men have a special day of public prayer. Muslims give gists to the poor, needy, debtors, slaves, and beggars. They fast during the month of Ramadan, not eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset.
