Commandments are rules put forth that people should follow. In a town I own, my commandments should be much easy ones to follow. I have commandments such as, when asking for something, say “Please.” When receiving something, say “Thank you.” Do not interrupt a grown-ups conversation. To get someone's attention, say “excuse me.” Keep negative opinions to yourself. Do not comment on the way anyone looks in a negative way. Always knock on closed doors. Always be sure to ask for anything in a correct manner. The proper term for asking for anything in any way would be “Please.” You won't get anywhere if you always ask in a rude way. If you are not used to thanking anyone for anything you do not have any proper type of manners. You can get more things from people if you say this phrase. When making things such as purchases this would be the correct thing to use. People feel more appreciated when you thank them. Interrupting a grown-ups conversation is one of the worst possible commandments ever. The best thing to do would be to let them finish & then say what you have to say. Especially as a kid, when you are young, most kids would get in trouble for anything like this. Especially if it is anyone you don't know or not used to all the time. The best option in this type of situation would be to just wait. Always excuse someone to get their attention. Not saying this to someone is a very rude thing to do. When going to a public place this is the best time to use this term. When needing help this is the best time to use this term. Or even trying to get through a group a people this is the best thing to say. Never express a negative opinion about anyone to them. There's always a good quote that says, “God doesn't like ugly.” Being mean to someone is not very good for an environment. You could be considered as a bully. In High School, consequences could be faced in anything of this
