Would you like to know why the Aztecs sacrificed a lot of people and why other tribes like the Inca didn’t? The Aztec sacrificed a lot of people and the Inca didn’t sacrifice even close to as many people. Also one tribe was wealthier than the other. This essay will be about how different and similar the inca and aztec lived their life.

The Inca and Aztec were alike in many ways even though they were very different. First they’re both religious. The Inca and Aztecs believed in many gods and they believed you could sacrifice people to the gods to get rain or other things. They both believed that the sun god was important they also thought that the gods controlled everything. They both had “kings” for the inca it was the Sapa Inca and for the Aztec it was Huey Tlatoani In both tribes the “king” could talk to the gods. They were both pretty smart at the time one group knew more but they still were really smart. The Aztecs had the most accurate calendar it ended in 2012 people thought the world was going to end then because that's what it showed on their calendar. The Inca could send messages 100’s of miles in just a few days they had runners carie the message to the next runner then they would run to the next and it would keep going …show more content…

The Aztecs were wealthier than the Inca, had better houses, clothing and a wealthier community. In their community they had much better housing and supplies than the Inca. Their houses had more than one room, which the Inca didn’t. The Aztecs were also smarter than the Inca. They had the most accurate calendar. They had medicine when the Inca people didn’t, which helped their community. The Aztec also had written language. The Aztecs sacrificed more people than the Inca.
