The main role of technology development is to make the process of transferring digital information or knowledge becomes easier and faster. In the new era of science and technology nowadays, digital information sharing has become a common thing. Getting information in no time just within a click of a mouse has become the important thing whether for students, researchers, faculties or corporate world. According to Hugo Quisbert and Margarita Korenkova, the amount of information created in the digital form has increased rapidly because of fast technology development. Because of there is too many digital information in the internet, the authority of person who writes or provides the information also hard to be defined. The new global digital network environment has leads to the special problems and strains on the traditional system of copyright and it makes it difficult to recognize work of authorship that has been distribute on the internet.
The introduction of World Wide Web (WWW) has make this problem of digital information sharing become more crucial and also leading to the information explosion and overload. It is hard to define whether the digital information shared on the World Wide Web or the internets are the right or true information produce by the person who has the specialty in that field of information he or she produces or not.

2.3 Charging fees

Even digital information can be share in fastest and easy way, but when sharing some digital information there are still certain charges that user need to pay.
