Rough Draft I Am Malala

In the article ‘’ I am Malala” by Yousafzai it brings a lot of inspiration towards women who do not have the gut to speak up, not only for themselves but for the rights they demand on having. Although Malala had to deal with a major conflict she still managed to not only fight through but also manage her attitude along the way. Malala’s dad showed pathos in her book by expressing his emotion towards his daughter because he would show how worried he was, but at the same time showed how proud and happy he was for who she became. Malala never took anything from anyone whether it was an opinion or fact she knew that she did not have to follow strict rules that her culture and family tradition had. We are supposed to take revenge for wrongs done to us, but where does that end? If a man in one family is killed or hurt by another man, revenge must be exacted to restore honor.” (Yousafzai,Page 72). Malala was a dominant and tough women she told herself no matter the conflict she or her family was involved she will always keep her guard up and show that just because she is a girl does not mean she will back down, but will stand and fight for her rights whether she had to do it individually or not. In her quote as she describes how revenge is not that way to go she states how where would it end, Malala always said that words can speak louder than actions because with actions there is never a resolution or end to it and with words it is more of a safe and clear minded argument towards her main idea which is the rights a woman like her should obtain.“We felt like the Taliban saw us as little dolls to control, telling us what to do and how to dress. I thought if God wanted us to be like that He wouldn’t have made us all different.” ( Yousafzai,Page 124).
