Nature serves as a phenomena of the physical world collectively, including plants, animals, the landscape, and other features and products of the earth, as opposed to humans or human creations. Nature is here for us to learn and grow. This phenomenon has allowed for the reproduction of both human and animal offspring to flourish, serves as a catalyst for the prevalent thoughts that encourage the innovative uses of technology and its functions have induced mankind into a perpetual state of invigoration. With nature being so deeply infused into the process that humans must undergo to obtain success, one must wonder: why is nature commonly not given the respect that it deserves? Or should man respect and protect each nature? The world is put in place for both sustenance as well as pleasure and it should be respected and protected, so it can continue to do provide for humans. If man does not respect or protect nature, then nature will not reach its fullest potential to be or become resourceful. In Aldo Leopold’s, “Thinking like a Mountain”, when he hunted and killed off the wolves, it gives the deer an advantage to destroy nature because typically wolves prey on deer. If deer are given an opportunity to destroy what nature has to offer, that can also eliminate resources for man. So instead of man engaging in hunting as a source of entertainment, we should protect rather than destroy and let nature run its life cycles. There are some actions that man could partake in to protect nature, but there are certain things that nature has to handle on its own. The world is here for sustenance and pleasure as well. When I think of pleasure, I think of entertainment as well as reproduction of life, so without the two elements, the world would have no purpose and without the world, man would not have the ability to create these things and they would also have no source of sustenance. It goes to say that if man does not make the effort to respect and protect the nature surrounding them, then one will not have the ability to have the world as a resource for sustenance and
