Hamlet’s character changes reflect on him about how wise he was at handling the whole situation. His character was so diverse, that every time we saw him it was like meeting a new character. Hamlet has many traits, and there is always more to Hamlet than anyone understands. Hamlet was a round and dynamic character throughout the play. Hamlet would not forget his father while all the others resumes their happy lives. Everyone understands Hamlet differently, and Hamlet himself saw the evil and corruption in human life. Claudius married Hamlet’s mother and Hamlet did not like the idea of his mother marrying so soon especially since it was to his uncle. His father is what drove him to do what he did. He knew he was fighting a war within the kingdom. Unfortunately for Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, they were on the wrong side. Even though they have been friends with Hamlet since childhood he still got them killed. It was their loyalty to the king that killed them. He also stopped talking to Ophelia, so no one could use anything against him. He had a little bit of distrust in her because she could have been helping them against Hamlet unintentionally. He knew he had to push her away because she was the daughter of Polonius, who was very loyal to Claudius like his right hand man. Even though he loved truly loved her Hamlet had to push Ophelia away in a very rude manner because he had to make people believe he did not care for her and does not want anything to do with her. He pretty much told her to go to a nunnery right away because that’s where she belongs. Ham. Get thee to a nunnery, go. Farewell. (3.1.138-139). Tragically she ended up dying before Hamlet could finish the job and possibly try to explain to her why he acted the way he did. Ophelia’s character was mainly static except one time when she had a huge change. Before her father's death she was an innocent obedient woman. She always listened to her father and her brother. When her father died, her brother was absent as well, so without anyone to listen to she went crazy and drowned herself. Her huge change was from innocent to going crazy and running around yelling.
