How I Learned To Go Back To The Gym

My chosen behavior will be going to the gym on a regular basis. I have gone to the gym twice a week, but sometimes I either don’t really want to or I have homework to complete. Now I know that I can go there two times a week without missing one of my workout days, but it is my willingness to drop everything and head straight to the gym. With this project, it will practically force me to go back to the gym on a regular basis.
The first two days of the change were hard, but when I finally got in the gym and started my workout, I felt better than when I came in. When I finished my workout, I was sweaty, tired, and honestly ready for bed (I like to workout at night.) The rest of the week was a lot easier, because the first couple of days are always the hardest for me, and that part was over.

For spiritual wellness, I will practice meditation, for intellectual wellness, I will be open to learning new forms of exercise, for occupational wellness, I will do some exercises at my work while I am on my break. For emotional wellness, I will surround myself with close friends and family to discuss things, and I also will practice other stress managing techniques other than mediation. For environmental wellness, I will be more aware of my surroundings, I will appreciate nature and the outdoors more. For financial wellness, I will be more aware of where my money is going, and for mental wellness, I will develop an optimistic attitude and will follow all of the wellness strategies
