How Do Avocado Seeds Grow

The research I have made is that it would take awhile to see what will happen to the avocado seed because it takes awhile for a avocado seed to grow. I will use different substances to see how long it would take for a avocado seed to grow in these different substances. My four substances are soil, sprite, water, and redbull (regular) to see how tall it would grow in each different substance. I think the avocado seed will grow faster in water then all the other substances that I am going to use. The reason I think the avocado seed will grow in water the fastest is because the water will get into the avocado though the bottom and help its roots grow.

There is one great way to grow a avocado tree from a avocado seed. Some people think you just put it in ground and water it and give sunlight for it to grow but they are wrong. The ways to grow them is to either grab a cup and fill it with water till a quarter of it empty then put three toothpicks in the avocado seed so it can withstand its weight. When it can hold its weight put only the bottom of the avocado seed in the water so the roots can grow. After a while the seed will crack and then you would have to take it out of the water then put it in some fresh dirt. …show more content…

These websites helped me learn how to grow and feed the avocado seed/plant. They also taught me how to put the toothpicks in when I am trying to figure out where to put them in the avocado seed. They also taught me how to plant the seed after it cracks in the water. When I am having trouble with something I don’t know about how to grow it or something it helps
