Big screen, movies, motion picture, film or cinema are just some of the names you may call this beautiful creation that has evolved throughout the years. It seems since it first appeared to the public that viewers are drawn to it for many reasons but the outcome is the same. Movies bring imagination to life, bring people together and allow people to forget the problems or everyday life for even a few enjoyable moments. Movies also allow the audience to appreciate the latest and greatest technology there is.

Some creations have lasted the test of time. Such as Mickey Mouse. “Mickey Mouse's official birthday is November 18, 1928 when he made his first film debut in Steamboat Willie. This was the first Mickey Mouse cartoon released. However, the first Mickey Mouse Cartoon ever made was Plane Crazy in 1928, it was the third cartoon released.”
Fast Forward to modern times, Hollywood has a tremendous impact on so many factors on the economy, fashion, language and even health tactics. It accounts for about $504 billion, or at least 3.2% of US goods and services. As times progressed the prices for constructing a film sky rocketed, prices of entertainment grew and salaries for actor/actress increased. People around the world emulated the fashion of actors/actresses like Elvis, James Dean, Marylyn Monroe, Dean Martin, and Clarke Gable.
Accents from movies like Good Will Hunting, Casa Blanca, and Gone with the Wind, Godfather and Scarface will be in the memories of moviegoers till the end of time. As far as the physical aspect icons such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Chris Evans and Hugh Jackman are just some of the examples how fitness/appearance in Hollywood is held at a priority.
