My character, Mrs. Henrietta Levitt, is a Liberal because of her views on change, taxes, government intervention, social programs, and importance of military. When it comes to change she wants a moderate amount of change quickly. A conservative wouldn’t want a lot of change or any change so her view on that point is Liberal. Her view on taxes is that she thinks taxes are necessary to fund social programs. A conservative would want less taxes so again she is on the Liberal side of that issue. When it comes to government intervention she wants the government to be involved in people's lives through social programs. That view is Liberal because a Conservative would want the government to stay out of people’s lives but she wants more government

The typical philosophical ideals of the liberals seem to focus on the government helping the little guy and leveling the playing field. They oppose tax-cuts for the rich, they are distrustful of big-business and those who are wealthy. They like government programs that help minorities and those with lower incomes. They want to raise the minimum wage, provide better national healthcare and provide better unemployment and welfare coverage’s. They nearly always side with unions over management, the guy who sues the big business. They are sick and tired of conservatives telling them that the poor are poor because they don't work hard enough. They are sick and tired of being criticized for caring about the little guy.

When it comes to my political beliefs, I am indecisive between being a Republican or a Democrat. The reason for this, is because I never really showed enough interest into learning more about politics. As for my politically ideology, I feel that I am more liberal than I am conservative. The cast of animals that Wilbur meets in the farm serves as a collective word of advice of sorts. Although the advice that they offer isn’t always correct, such as when the goose suggests that Wilbur run wild and wreak havoc (page 17), they appear to be well-meaning and benign all things considered. In The Help by Kathryn Stockett, my favorite character was Minny Jackson for many reasons. Minny is my favorite character because she always stands up for the people she loves and what she believes in, but is never afraid of the consequences. She also speaks her mind even if she knows others will not agree. Although Minny is not very compassionate to white people and is not always understanding, she fiercely protects and cares for her friends and family. In literature, a dynamic character changes significantly as a result of events, conflicts, or other forces. In the play, The Crucible by Arthur Miller, Mary Warren, the young servant of the Proctor’s is a dynamic character. Throughout the play, Mary’s personality takes a turn for the better.
