They all look at the stereotypes of what they should be based on their race that they miss the actual person. We as a society focused so much on the color of our skin or where we came from that it excludes us from people who are different from and brings us together with people who are of similar race. We use race as a general identity for a large group of people and it causes us to not think of the individual person but the race. Since we begin to think of people from this race like they are one person all similar we think of them with stereotypes. This film also demonstrated the process of racism. One of the characters felt that him and his father were wronged by african americans which caused him to hate everyone from that race and become racist towards african americans. He did what many people do he lumped that entire race into one person into one identity and hated them even though he did not know all of them
