Each person has a unique personality that defined who they are in a certain way. Although as humans we all have the same human traits. As human our personality trait is different in so many ways such as, no two people are alike or share the same experience of life. However, personality is the state of expressing you are or your behaviors. Also, personality is something that people will always take with them because it affects their feeling, thinking, and behaviors. Personality help a person deal with everyday challenges that they face in life. My friend Abel has a unique personality that makes him who he is in life. They will start by observing his behaviors and how he acts around other people. McCrae and Costa might use their five factors model of personality to determine which categories he can fall in too. By observing his behaviors both theorists can come to a conclusion of explaining his personality traits. According to McCrae and Costa, their five factor model of personality, can explained Abel as extraverts and introverts because his personality score is relatively high or low. This means that his personality trait is in both section off the five factors model of personality, how he can be outgoing or not outgoing. McCrae and Costa when they observe him they might explain that is low in neuroticism because he got the trait that was listened. In this case, they both might put as openness because his personality can be low and high sometime. However, he can also be placed in the agreeableness by watching his personality and the relatively high and low score. His personality traits are also described as high score in conscientiousness because he falls under that trait.
