The first chapter of “Adventures in Singing” gives a brief description on the reasons of wanting to choose the journey of singing. I personally like this format because as a musician we tend to overdo and never did realize how much we push ourselves to a point where breakdown occurs. This makes us forget our goals and what we want to achieve as a musician. I believe that motivation is the power source that every musicians needs it could be general beliefs, positive memories, cultural experiences, or competitions. Positive memories could be from childhood to present, of people such as teachers, friend, parents or colleagues can help influence decisions and boost self-esteem.
