Bullying is a type of behavior when one is aggressive towards another intentionally. It can hurt or destroy a person. Bullies constantly cause one distress, anxiety, harm, and damage. Bullying can happen anywhere. Bullying usually happens because of jealousy or if one thinks he is better than his friend. This includes teasing or insulting one about his weight, height, or any other reason. They also do it to impress others, and they specifically do it to the more shy people in the class because they are easier to pick on. This includes schools, public areas, and even work places. There are several causes that lead to bullying and have significant impacts on the victim, and they should be considered in order to find solutions to this problem. …show more content…

Communities must make an effort to notice the signs of bullying as soon as possible. This does not always mean that every situation can be treated to legal authorities, but this may be necessary in serious situations. Educating adults about the problem can also go a long way in preventing and stopping bullying in schools. There are several ways schools can take to accomplish this. This includes teachers with training who can discuss how to recognize and prevent bullying. Schools should have meetings that tell everyone about the effects of bullying and how to stop it. They can distribute or email brochures that emphasize the dangers of bullying and post flyers that remind students and their teachers about what they have learned and experienced in meetings. This hard work can be uses with additional tools to enable students and adults to report bullying secretly through text messages, so that the appropriate people are quickly made aware of bullying. This includes teasing, talking about hurting other people, spreading rumors, leaving kids out on purpose, attracting someone by hitting them, or yelling at them.
