What are your academic, social and extracurricular goals for high school?
My academic goals in high school are to thrive and achieve greatness. Although I am not 100% sure about my career path just yet, I hope to have a better idea by the time I graduate. I want to discover my strong and weak subjects so I can work on my weaknesses and improve my strengths. I want to do as well in high school as I did in middle school. I also want to attend a school which will challenge my abilities and will make me a better student overall. My social goals are to make new friends that I will keep with me for the rest of my life. You are sitting at your son or daughter's graduation from Greens Farms Academy. What do you hope your child will have learned, discovered, accomplished, and become at this point?
When Natilie graduates from high school, I want her to learn more than academics, I want her to learn about life. I hope she discovers that not everything is handed on a silver platter and that she must work hard to achieve her goals, no matter how unfair life is. I want her to be accepted into a good college, but I know she will succeed wherever she goes. Lastly and possible the most important, I want her to become a respectful young lady. She should have good values and good morals. Wherever she goes in life, I want her to stay grounded and remember where she came from.

2. In what kind of school setting does your child thrive? What kind of setting does (s)he find challenging? My daughter thrives in a community where everyone is loving and accepting of one another. A community where she is challenged and pushed to do her best by everyone around her. This community should be a safe place where she can confide in others when there is an issue. This community should not put others down, but rather bring them up. I want her to feel like she is apart of another family while at school. She would not be focused in a classroom where people are bullying others and being rude or disrespectful. She attended a school visit at GFA and told me how kind the students are towards one another.
