Exercise physiologists and Advertising managers do not have much in common. In fact, they have little to nothing in common. But one way that they are compatible is through the art of sharing information/products with the ideal customer/client, promoting their skills and/or products to make a living. From commercials and promoted ads, to one on one training sessions and fully detailed meal plans, the world of marketing and fitness is everywhere, growing and prospering everyday with new ways to persuade and help people. One of these two careers will be my choice to pursue in my near future. My three qualifications to figure out which career will be based off the education required, how much each career makes in earnings, and the work environment involved with these occupations.

When it comes to Exercise physiology, a bachelor's degree is enough to find a good quality job in this field, any degree above that can open up new opportunities such as teaching the major itself to others studying to become part of that career. Classes for high school students that want to have an advantage in exercise physiology would be physics, anatomy, and physiology, all being involved to be successful in this career(“Exercise Physiology”). Exercise Physiology's average salary is $44,770 per year, lowest 10 percent being less than $25,960 a year, and top 10 percent receiving at least $64,140 a year(“Exercise Physiology”). As for advertising management, the average salary is $115,750 per year, the lowest 10 percent being less than $43,270 a year and top 10 percent receiving at least $187,200 a year(“Advertising, Promotions, or Marketing Management”). Although the advertising position pays a greater amount, the school work will also be more difficult, along with more risky decisions that will need to be made as business is focusing on being successful at all
