Purpose of evaluation
The purpose of this report is to critical evaluating the project as a whole whilst making the use of client feedback. This report will be looking at the following, the functional requirement, and effectiveness of the spreadsheet my own performance as project manager and I will also look at my strengths and weakness and other area which I could improve. I will also talk about what skills I have learnt and how I went about the project, what problems arose during the project and how I dealt with these problems.
How does it meet the functional requirements
The spreadsheet I have created did meet most if not all the requirement which I have listed above. I personally think the website I have created was of a good quality. The text boxes are clear and plainly visible. All the macros work because I have tested them and the macros which did not work have now been amended to make sure they work. The prices of the products can be altered if need be because my client may ask for money the halls in the future. The spreadsheet does calculate the cost of all the products such as halls, henna, stages, cakes and menus to give you subtotals and a final total. The spreadsheet does allow my client to create a pivot chart from the saved customer data. The spreadsheet has protection on certain worksheet such as homepage, service, hiring, quotes worksheet and save customer data because my client doesn’t want these worksheets to be altered by anyone. The spreadsheet has other protection which is a login form which keeps the spreadsheet safe from anybody accessing the spreadsheet. Differently in the future
In the future I would manage my time better I stay on course with my work and do not miss any deadlines. I will be much more organised with my work by making folder structure before starting the project. My spreadsheet would need to be developed in the future by adding more worksheet such as payment page. In the future my client could make a worksheet which has picture of the products such as cakes, stages and halls. The spreadsheet could have a calendar in which my client can see if the halls are available for the day the customer wants to book it. These extra features can be implemented in the future to make the spreadsheet more efficient.

Culture Centers in Higher Education: Perspectives on Identity, Theory, and Practice is a powerful and enlightening book by Lori D. Patton. Patton is a higher education scholar who focuses on issues of race theories, African American experiences on college campuses, student development theories, campus environments, inclusion, and multicultural resources centers at higher education institutions. She has a variety of publications and was one of the first doctoral students to complete a dissertation that focused exclusively on Black culture centers entitled, “From Protest to Progress: An Examination of the Relevance, Relationships and Roles of Black Culture Centers.” In Campus Culture Centers in Higher Education Patton collaborates with many higher education scholars and faculty members to discuss various types of racial and ethnic culture centers in higher education, their overall effectiveness, relevance, and implications for improvement in relation to student retention and success. Diversity, inclusion and social justice have become prevalent issues on all college campuses, and this piece of literature gives a basic introduction for individuals unfamiliar with cultural resource centers. This book successfully highlights contributions of culture centers and suggestions for how centers can be reevaluated and structured more efficiently. For many faculty, administrators, and student affairs professionals unfamiliar with the missions and goals of culture centers, Patton’s text provides a concrete introduction and outline for the functionality of these resources and also offers recommendations and improvements for administrators managing multicultural centers.
The Criminal Justice System is made up of several different process law enforcement, judiciary, and corrections this system is where the accused individual are tried and punished for the crime they are charged with. The depiction of criminal justice system in throughout each process (police, courts, and correctional) has become ubiquitous on television today. Shows that give a visual of the arresting and investigation process (law enforcement) are the televisions shows “Cops” and “The First 48 Hours”. The show “Cops” is a television series that follows police officers, constables and sheriff deputies around during their patrol and other policing activity (Cops, n.d). Showing the officer enforcing the laws of the land, apprehend offenders, reducing and prevent crimes, maintain public order, provide emergency and related community services and more” (Schmalleger F., 2014). The “Cops” show conveys the initial stage of the law enforcement. The images or positive (in my opinion) when it comes to showing the actual community services the law enforcers provide. This allow police to become more integrated in to the communities. Reducing the amount of fear toward the particular criminal justice profession. It has change the outlook on policing in the communities and enhances the level of trust from the communities for law enforcement. This allows for a sufficient reduction and prevent crimes when law enforcement and the people of the community come together. “The First 48 Hour” is a show that shows the criminal justice process from the crime, arrest, to the investigation stages in the criminal justice process. The hair company Herbal Essences perceives beauty to be sexually striking to the eyes. Their advertisement that was found in InTouch Magazine is selling Moroccan My Shine shampoo and conditioner product that will enhance more shine and silkiness in a women’s hair. The enhancement of the shine will provide women to have this sensual seductiveness about them self. To convince these consumers that this product is true to its claim, they use the beautiful pop singer Nicole Scherzinger as the model to illustrate her hair and how the product achieves to create this sexual shine. The overall advertisement creates this theme that if women were to use their product they will empower on this desirable affect to other people. Herbal Essences definition of beauty as being sexually attractive use design, use of celebrity, word choice, and audience to show that women need to have silky shine hair.

Effectively communicating a project’s status means the project manager must avoid common reporting mistakes. Too much detail will frustrate management, result in the report not being read (or understood) and “prevent project team members from finding the information they need” (Meredith, 2009, p. 449). The project must have a comparable reporting system to the organization’s reporting systems. The project cannot use separate recording, accounting and information systems that are not directly compatible with the host organizations. Finally, the monitoring system tracking the project must “relate directly to the project’s plan” or the data is meaningless (Meredith, 2009, p. 450).
3. What were the unintended consequences of using the project management tools? What lessons should Teradyne take away from the Jaguar project?
As discussed, this project and its requirements highlight areas where future work/improvements can be made to increase the project and the outcome. The timeframe put on this project is something which can be changed to deliver a full implementation rather than “vanilla functionality” which would later need to be modified. Another factor to consider delivering a full implementation would be the capital investment which is used for this project as this needs to be topped

When planning a new project, how the project will be managed is one of the most important factors. The importance of a managers will determine the success of the project. The success of the project will be determined by how well it is managed. Project management is referred to as the discipline that entails the processes of carefully planning, organizing, controlling, and motivating the organization resources so as to foster and facilitate the achievement of specific established and desired goals and meet the specific criteria of success required in the organization (Larson, 2014). Over the course of this paper I will be discussing and analyzing the importance of project management.
