Ethan couch killer of four only sentenced to 10 months of probation. Ethan couch is a teenager who killed four an injured 10 others and use the defense of affluenza and only got 10 months of probation. Ethan couch should be tried as an adult because of the severity of the crime, his age, and it is in the best interest for society.

Ethan couch should be punished as an adult because of the severity of his crime. The Texan teen who used the now infamous “affluenza” after killing four people in a drunk accident. Couch and his mother were arrested 11 days later in Mexico after him and his mom ran to Mexico. The reason I chose this is because if he is running away from a police already he shouldn't be free. Also, he got caught because he called to get a pizza. I use this piece of evidence because he just carelessly ordered a pizza and it shows that he is not the smartest. This shows that you can couch should be tried as an adult.

Ethan couch should be tried as an adult because of his age. Church was arrested for manslaughter at the age of 19. If Ethan couch is doing things this dumb and Reckless at this age he needs to get punished so it doesn't get worse. Also, lawyers given two weeks to change judges Minds about 19 year old killing four people. At being the age of 19 you finish technically an adult and should have the feeling punishment for his crimes. This shows up Ethan couch should be tried as an adult.

Many people will say that couch to make it charged as an adult because he didn't know what was wrong and bad he was doing.
