Meaning of Entrepreneurship
According to John Kaso and Howard Stavenson, “Entrepreneurship is the process that involves all actions an entrepreneur undertakes to establish an enterprise to give reality to his business ideas. It is the attempt to create value through recognition of business opportunity, the management of risk-taking appropriate to the opportunity and through the communicative and management skills to mobilise human, financial and material resources necessary to bring a project to fruition.”
According to Higgins, “Entrepreneurship means the function of seeking investment and production opportunity, organising an enterprise to undertake a new production process, raising capital, hiring labour, arranging the supply of raw materials, finding site, introducing a new technique, discovering new sources of raw materials and selecting top managers for day-to-day operations of the enterprise.”
Meaning of Entrepreneur
According to Dr. T. N. Chhabra, “Entrepreneur is the co-ordinator and organiser of resources to design a business enterprise. Entrepreneurs are innovators who use the process of shattering the status quo of the existing products and services to set new products, new services. Entrepreneur introduces new ideas, carries on new activities, co-ordinates the factors of production and decides how the business should be run. He has vision, originality of thought and ability to take risks.”

Such situation also came in the life of Murthy for example lack of capital, unfavourable business environment, a family to support and many others. But success depends how a person handles the blocks. Murthy got the success because he never afraid from these blocks and he always worked to win.
So, as per my opinion, if a person having a vision, mission and positive attitude and the most important part support from the family side, he can create a successful new venture.
